By accessing and booking with Vansh Tour & Travels, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any bookings or payments.

2. Booking and Payments

To confirm a booking, a minimum deposit is required as communicated by our agents. Full payment must be made before the commencement of the tour. We accept all major credit cards, UPI, and bank transfers.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made 30 days prior to the travel date will receive a 90% refund of the deposit. Cancellations made between 15-29 days will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 15 days before the scheduled travel date.

4. Itinerary Changes

While we strive to adhere to the planned itinerary, Vansh Tour & Travels reserves the right to modify routes, accommodations, or activities due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, road closures, or safety concerns.

5. Liability

Vansh Tour & Travels is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, loss of belongings, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, political unrest, or strikes. Travelers are highly encouraged to purchase travel insurance.
